Unlike others, we do not use scrap leather, rusted or tarnished rivets or hardware, or low grade Polypropylene cordage. Our Polypropylene cordage is woven several times over producing extra smoothness and softness and yet maintaining its strength, as well as preventing less rope fraying and hand burns. In addition, we purchase only quality cowhides which allows us control over consistency in color, thickness and strength. We not only sew our leather into the rope, but we use special glue exclusively designed for us. Glue that will not fall apart, even left in water for months.
