Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, you may return it within 30 days
from the date of purchase for a replacement or refund of your full
merchandise cost.
Shipping Methods:
You pay a shipping & handling charge based on the value of your order. This
charge will automatically be calculated for you at checkout. Orders for
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories* require additional shipping charges.
(Note: Qualifying U.S. Territories have 5-digit USPS Zip Codes)
Shipping Options:
We ship Standard Ground (within 7 business days). We also offer Expedited (2-4
business days), FedEx® 2 Day Air (2 business days), and FedEx® Overnight Air
(next business day) delivery options unless otherwise noted on the product
page. Delivery by Friday is available for most of our products for Overnight
Air or 2-Day Air service to any address in the 48 connected states as long as
we receive your order by 1:00 PM EST, Thursday for Overnight Service, or by
1:00 PM EST, Wednesday for 2-Day Air service. Online orders are shipped
via UPS.

MasterCard and Discover. If you're new to ordering online, we encourage

Ordering by mail:
If you choose to send us your order by US mail, we accept personal check, bank
draft (drawn on a U.S. bank only) or money orders.

Order Online
1. Shopping Cart. As you navigate our site, add as many items to your
shopping cart as you wish. To see what is in your Shopping Cart, click on the
Shopping Cart link at the top of any store page.
2. Wish List. In addition to purchases made today, a Wish List is
provided so that you may pre-shop for future purchases as well. At anytime, you
can access your Wish List by clicking on the My Account link at the top of any
store page.
3. Checkout. Checkout begins with the Shopping Cart. Checking out is a
3-step process:

Shipping/Billing Address(s). If you have previously shopped with us,
your shipping/billing information is already saved. If this is your first time
with us, simply enter the Shipping/Billing address. Click Continue.

Shipment Summary. A summary of your order is displayed and an
opportunity to enter any special instructions you may have is provided. Click
Continue. You may also apply any coupons or gift certificates to the order.

Payment Information. The last step in the checkout process. Enter credit
card information and click Complete Order.We've tried to make our online

FAQs:
How can I access my account? Ordered online before?
If you have previously ordered from us online, you can access your account
through our Login page, either by clicking the "My Account" button, or the
"Sign in" button both conveniently located on the top menu bar of practically
every page of our website. You then have two ways to log in.
What if I can't log in because I forgot my password?
Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the sign in page. Enter your
email address and press the 'Continue' button. Your password will be sent
to you via email. You will then be able to access your account by
following the login instruction in the "How can I access my account?" paragraph
above.
What if I want to change my password and/or e-mail address?
After you log in to your account, click on "Edit My Profile." Your first name,
last name and email address will automatically appear. For security
reasons, your current password is not displayed. Simply enter the
information requested and press the Save button.
What if I am a new customer?
As a new customer you do not yet have an account, and don't need one in order
to browse and make your selections. Once you make your selections and
"Checkout" you will be asked to enter the information needed to get your order
on its way to you. An account will then be created automatically for you and
the next time you order, you just follow the instructions above on accessing
your account.
Do you use cookies on your website?
We use cookies to make your shopping experience with us easy and convenient. If
you would like to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies or disable
cookies altogether, the Help button on your computer's toolbar should tell you

How secure is my Credit Card information?
We store your credit card information in a secure database which is completely
separate from the website. Even when you log in using your email address and
password we do not display your full credit card number. If you happen to log
in to our website using a cookie, for your security, your stored credit card
number is not used.
